It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love Dr. Johnson and his staff. I have been a patient of his for over 17 years. He is absolutely the most caring, patient and understanding Doctor I have ever been to. He takes the time to listen and he acts as if he really cares.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. He's old fashioned so a lot of newer trends you will have to convince him to use, in which he is reluctant, but I don't fault him for that. He's a good willed person, excellent staff and a good doctor.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
